Boundary Setting Bootcamp is an in-depth and effective 6-session course that is going to teach you exactly what you need to know about having healthy boundaries so you can:

Because I am a Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. And not only have I dedicated countless hours to learning the research based methods for understanding and communicating our boundaries in healthy ways, I have also worked with hundreds of men and women teaching them how to create EFFECTIVE, REALISTIC, and SUSTAINABLE boundaries in their lives.

    –  Changing your mindset further about boundaries by reframing unhealthy boundary beliefs into healthy ones
